The Bureau of Industrial Service for ABC-TV. In the 1950s and 1960s, it was common for networks, Program sponsors and studios to use either ad or publicity agencies for distribution of publicity material. The Bureau was widely used by all in the industry and was adivision of ad agency Young & Rubicam.
